You know you've watched too many dramas when the same building starts popping up everywhere. It's like they have simply run out of places to film.

This castle is freakin' everywhere. It is Japan's default drama building.

I didn't finish some of these dramas but that castle is just too recognizable. Just one glance was enough to take notice.

I think it's also in Liar game. Now the question is, is it a real building that all these dramas take their location shoots to, or is it a facade that they drag out of storage every season? I have not yet been ambitious enough to see whether all these dramas aired on the same station.

I'm gonna have to look through Liar Game again to see for sure. And I took notice of it again because I was watching the Room 0's "Making of", and they definitely went on location for the outside shots. So I'm sure it's an actual castle. And apparently a popular spot for couples to go to.

Not at all. I thought the same thing. Let's just list the number of Johnnys that's been there: Jin, Yoko, Taguchi, Kame, Tegoshi, Ohno x2, and probably the rest of the 0 Goushitsu no Kyaku cast. I think I found a new place to visit in Japan.
