I hurt EVERYWHERE  
Today's workout:
15 mins on stairmaster (168 floors, 111 calories)
120 reps on abdonminal machine
30 leg curls
30 leg extensions
20 calf raises

You don't really realize how heavy something is until you've had all that weight placed solely on your CALVES! It hurts...T_T
