If you're out on the road, watch out for my mom
My dad normally drives to work with my mom and he drops me off at the train station. My mom almost never has to drive anywhere. This morning, my dad couldn't do it so my mom had to drive me. She started the car, buckled up, adjusted the seat and mirrors and then looked at the pedals and stepped on the accelerator, while the car was still parked. She then turned and asked me, "Which one's the brake?" That was when I started fearing for my life. Then, after we backed out of the driveway and were in the middle of the street, she looked confused as to what to do next. Apparently the right thing was to reach for the windshield wipers 'cause that's what she did. She finally decided that she should put the car in D and not sit in the middle of the street for the rest of the morning. It's only a 5 minute drive to the train station but it felt like the longest 5 minutes of my life.

You know, it's not the first time I've heard about your mom's driving but. . . wow. I almost spit my tea out all over my computers. :P

Anita: "Oh god oh god oh god oh god I'm gonna die"

Anita's mom: "why is your seat wet?"
Anita: "umm.. windshield wiper fluid?"
