I stuck my arm inside the stomach of a live cow!!!! How freakin' awesome is that? And a bit disgusting, if you think about it. But seriously, how many people can say they've felt a cow's stomach in the process of digestion? (Well, probably a portion of the UofI students but still.) Something sphincter or duct must have opening while my hand was in there 'cause something created a vacuum that kinda sucked my arm in there and kept it there for a while.
I also got to milk a cow, hand-feed a chicken and pet a horse. Milking a cow was not as difficult as I thought.
The Engineering/ACES Open House was a fun experience and I got loads of free stuff, including a Uncle Sam bobble head. Too bad it was my first and last one! I should totally try to come down next year during EOH.
