And the weight has been lifted!  
I survived my presentation! I went through it, made only a few mistakes and only looked stupid for like 20 seconds. Wheee! And everyone said I did a good job. I am so fucking relieved. That said, I now have a tension and stress headache the size of Alaska. And no painkillers to beat it into submission.

On a completely different note...OMG, "For the Good of Gondor" was updated after a two-year hiatus! I thought the story was done for but it's being continued! For those of you that were at the couches my senior year and remember the time that I greeted everyone in the morning by the phrase "Legolas has yet to give birth," it's that story. ^_^

Now, if I can survive my quiz tonight, the day would have only been crappy, as opposed to completely and utterly crappy.

Have I told you yet that I saw your Yu Yu artbook in Chinese at the newstand for <30 RMB? *virtuhug* I'm crying with you.

There's a Bleach artbook out with some sort of CD... I think it's around 50-60 RMB. Does anybody want it?

Well, it might not be an artbook (making-of, about-the-show, fan-compilation...), but it's rather large... the lady wouldn't let me look inside. It's Bleach something... but, uhh... ok. *salute* Will buy.

Anita: There's a 2-cm think book about Nicholas Tse... but it's in Chinese... *cry* I think I'll get it anyways if I see it again. >_< *so weak*

Well... I've also see Bleach stickers, posters, pencil cases, pens, pencils, erasers, whiteouts, fans, mousepads... cigarette cases, cellphone danglies... There's a probably also stuff that doesn't actually say "Bleach" on it, and so I wouldn't recognize it.

(I'm typing on a keyboard with hiragana all over it... it's really wild. >_< )

Bleach art isn't...pretty (well the ones that are look weird). It's so frickin' hilarious. hahahaha..it made my day. It put a $18 dent in my checking account but it was worth every penny.

Bleach is about shinigami and soul-eating monsters, and whatnot. I've only seen like 3 eps so I only vaguely know.

You haven't seen the cool episodes. The Soul Society arc where you meet all the captains...*eyes roll into head* There are so many awesome characters.

Yeah, but considering I only spent 12 RMB for it and wore it 3-4 times before they broke, it was worth it. I got what I paid for. I'm just saying that if they weren't high-class shoes, she got ripped off.

How many characters? You know what I think about anime with too many character introductions in a short amount of time.

Well, it's not like they throw 26 new characters at you all at once. They spend time on each character with backstories etc. Also, there's plenty of character development despite having a large cast.

OMG I saw that exact thing today when I was shopping for 85... I guess stuff from Japan ends up costing about the same, right?

Well, I got them in a department store where the average prices were 300 RMB +, and I HAD to buy them or else face perilous and almost sure death on a mountain top, and I also bought them four minutes after the store closed. I'm rather proud of myself.

Oh, and I also had to buy them because my flip-flops (15 RMB) broke earlier that day, and those were the only shoes I brought to Xi'an... We had to tape them back together at lunch. Poor Jack!

See, if it was in a department store, I can understand the price. Just wanted to make sure you weren't horribly ripped off. And since it was absolutely necessary, I guess it couldn't be helped even if you were ripped off.

Yeah, those 15 RMB shoes just don't last very long. Never, EVER, put them near water.

The best days to call would be Thursday (before 10:30) and Friday nights, pretty much any time on Saturday but if you wake me up, I'll kill you (or just ignore you), and Sunday before like 10:30 at night. Any other time, I'm either in class or studying for class, or sleeping.
