I woke up yesterday around 2:00 in the afternoon. It was nice, LONG sleep. After I woke up I did some work but nothing that took a lot of thinking. Then I left to meet Paul and Karen to go to Doug's house for my b-day party. Wow, I'm gonna be 19 soon. Anyway, I got there a few minutes after 6:00. Becca and Nathan were there and it was great to see them again. I got pretty things from India and there was a bong for Mike.
Becca's hyperness hasn't changed one bit. Apparently, she and Christine has been driving Melisa crazy. And they never did get the Legolas cut-out back. Melisa's suspecting that _I_ stole it! I wish I _did_ steal it but nope, I was not the sneaky person who climbed up the wall and detached Legolas from the ceiling. I don't have the necessary skills to do something like that. But yeah, Becca's been having some exciting times at IMSA.
Feifei and Born showed up a while later and it was just a nice time of relaxing and storytelling. It was good fun. Dinner was great, with more stories and lots and lots of jokes. Some of them were great and some of them were...less great. Dessert was yummy. Mmmm...lemon meringue pie. I feel like eating a piece now. Wish I had some.
After dessert, I got presents. Yay, presents! Feifei gave me an entire Chinese brush set, complete with watercolor paper and a book on how to do it all. Thanks, Fei-chan! Becca gave me an Orlando Bloom poster. Sexy sexy. It's him with his pirate look in a pirate shirt. It's so going on my ceiling. All I can say about Paul's gift is "Oh my God!" He got me all the X manga minus the two that I already had. Oh. My. God. Do you have idea how much that is? It's like 13 volumes. I had given up hope a lot time ago about getting all of X but nope, that hope not only lives but has been fulfilled. Pretty, pretty CLAMP drawings. I'm never sleeping again. ^_^
After presents, we listened to a bit of classical music, Beethoven to be exact, and then watched "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle". Great movie. Hilarious. Afterwards, Feifei, Paul, Karen and I went to ISR late night to spend some of my excess credits. We made a nice dent in it. Then Feifei, Paul and I went back to Forbes to watch "Eurotrip". Another hilarious movie. The teenage movies these days are getting more and more creative. By the time the movie finished, it was 3:00 in the morning. Sleep!
