15 mins on stairmaster (effort level 9, 175 floors, 214 calories, 1785 feet)
150 reps on abdonminal machine (8 lbs)
0 leg curls (maintenance person disturbingly close to the machine)
50 leg extensions
40 calf raises
I have my bio test tonight that I've practically spent no time studying for. That's why I'm only going to one class today and it's at 9:00. That's not so bad if you consider the fact that I only have 3 classes on Wednesdays and they're all lectures, one physics that I never go to anyway and the other a optional review lecture for the test tonight. I'm just gonna stay in, away from the cold, and cram like crazy while stressing out. Fun.
